Alexa Service Availability

Alexa services are only supported in the following countries: Germany, France, Spain, India, Italy, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the United States.

For users in these regions, navigate to Settings -> System -> Advanced System, where you will find the "Device control with Alexa" option. Turn it on, and follow the on-screen instructions to enable Alexa services.
