Why is there no audio output via eARC?

Go to Settings → Display & Sound → Audio Output, select Speaker, and confirm the built-in speakers produce sound to ensure an audio signal is present.

Please test with a copper HDMI 2.1 cable under 2 m. If you use a fiber HDMI cable, remember it supports one-way transmission only—make sure the Source end is connected to the projector and the Display end to the AVR/Soundbar.

Then set Settings → Display & Sound → Audio Output → HDMI3 eARC.

If the signal is still unstable, connect an HDMI repeater between the projector’s eARC port and the AVR to reduce signal loss.

Finally, check the HDMI format: Settings → Inputs → External Inputs → HDMI Format → HDMI 3 (eARC) → Enhanced. Standard mode is HDMI 1.4, while Enhanced enables HDMI 2.1 features.
