Where can I find the serial number of the projector?

To ensure the most accurate confirmation of the serial number, please check the bottom of your projector. The serial number is typically located below the barcode.

If you're unable to find it there, you can also locate the serial number in the software interface:

Go to Settings → Help & Feedback → System Message → Serial Number.

Note: Please avoid looking under Settings → System → About Status → Serial Number, as that shows the Android version's serial number, not the projector's serial number.
