The laser in your Valerion projector is rated for 25,000 hours of usage. As the projector approaches the end of its laser life, the light output will gradually decrease, which may affect brightness and image quality.
For context, 25,000 hours equates to roughly 8 years of daily use (around 8 hours per day).

Hi. I recently bought the ProMax and so far Im happy with the Image Quality.
I was checking the lifespan of the laser. I saw in your FAQ that it is 25000 hrs, and it is based on for 3hrs/day and it says 8yrs. I am confused since 3hr/day usage translates to 1095 hrs, so how did you come up with 8yrs? Thanks
+1 for the comment above, also, does it means the brighness start decreasing after 25000 hours? or is it what we call the ''Hours to Half-Life'' (50% left).thanks!Article is closed for comments.
