1. How long is my Valerion projector covered?
Your projector comes with:
- 1-year standard warranty
- 1-year free extended warranty

2. What does the warranty cover?
- Quality-related defects on items sold directly by Valerion or authorized resellers.
- Repair or replacement with a factory-refurbished model of equal value, or a new item if unavailable.
- Replacement products follow the original warranty period, or 3 months from replacement, whichever is longer.
Note: Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. Taking the product abroad voids coverage.
3. How do I submit a warranty claim?
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or dated receipt).
- Allow Valerion to document troubleshooting.
- Provide the serial number and/or photo of the defect.
- Return the item if required for quality inspection.
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of starting the process. Claims beyond the warranty period or 90-day claim window cannot be processed.
4. What counts as valid proof of purchase?
- Order number from Valerion or an authorized reseller
- Sales invoice
- Dated receipt showing product description and price
Multiple proofs may be required in some cases (e.g., payment confirmation + shipping address).
5. Who pays for shipping?
The buyer is responsible for shipping in these cases:
- Returns not due to defects
- Items taken outside the original purchase country
- Accidental or unauthorized returns
- Personal items
- Items claimed defective but found to be working
- International shipping of defective items
Prepaid labels provided by Valerion cover shipping damage for quality-related returns only.
6. What is NOT covered by the warranty?
- Items without valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Expired warranty items
- Non-quality issues after 30 days
- Free or promotional products
- Repairs by unauthorized third parties
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper operation (e.g., drops, water, extreme temperatures)
- Purchases from unauthorized or illegitimate sources
7. Is Valerion responsible for lost data or personal items?
- No, Valerion is not liable for lost data.
- No, Valerion is not responsible for personal items sent with returns.
