Problem: Thunder Speaker disconnects, has no sound, or experiences unstable audio.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Temporarily remove or power off the router in the room, as Wi-Fi signals may interfere with the audio.
Swap the position of the speaker that is disconnecting with another speaker. If the issue does not occur in the new position, the original location may have interference.
Move all speaker units to another room, connect them to power, and check if they can pair normally.
Press the REMOTE (SETTING) button, find FREQ HOP, then press Volume + to set it to FREQ HOP-ON.
