Question:
Why is one Thunder Speaker not pairing or producing sound, and how can I pair it manually?

Answer / Manual Pairing Steps:

1. Make sure all cables are securely connected and the sound system is powered ON.

2. Use a USB-C cable to connect one end to the dongle power port, then connect the other end to the USB port of the unpaired Satellite Speaker or Wireless Subwoofer.

3. When the LED indicator flashes green and a voice prompt is heard, pairing is complete.

   • If pairing fails, repeat steps 1–2.
