30-Day Return Policy

Can I return a product for any reason?

Yes. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds begin once the returned item has been received and inspected at Valerion’s warehouse.

Return Requirements:

• All original accessories must be included
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Non-quality related returns: the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
• Quality-related returns: Valerion refunds the product cost

Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds are processed within 15 days after passing inspection
• Funds are returned to the original payment method

Important Notes:

• Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a claim
• Requests cannot be processed for items beyond the 30-day window
• Purchases not made directly through Valerion’s online store must be refunded through the retailer
