30-Day Price Protection Policy

Valerion offers a 30-day price protection for products purchased through Valerion’s official sales channels, including the Valerion website, official Amazon store, and other authorized platforms. This policy does not apply to purchases from other dealers, third-party sellers, or non-official platforms.

If the price of the purchased product decreases within 30 days of purchase, you may contact the platform’s official seller support or Valerion customer support at support@valerion.com to request a price adjustment.

Key Terms:

1. Price protection applies only to the product as purchased.
   • If the purchase includes a bundle or promotional gift, price protection applies to the entire bundle or the bundle price paid, not to individual items within the bundle.
   • Example: If you purchased a projector bundled with a free screen, and later the projector alone is discounted, this does not qualify for price protection.
2. Price adjustments are limited to the platform where the original purchase was made; cross-platform price differences are not eligible.
3. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
