A: Wrinkles can sometimes be related to whether the frame is fully assembled, whether the screen is centered, and whether the tension is even. Please follow the steps below:

Check the frame and tension: make sure the frame pieces are fully joined, the screen is centered, and the tension is even across the screen.
Re-tension the screen: lay the screen flat on a level surface, unhook the corner hooks, pull the screen tight and smooth it out, then re-attach the hooks—keep the hooks as straight as possible without tilting them.
