Q: What should I do if the remote indicator does not light up at all when a button is pressed?

A: Please first replace the batteries with a known-good set and re-check that they are installed in the correct direction. If the indicator still does not light up at all, please provide your order number and clear photos of both sides of the remote control, and send themg to support@valerion.com. We'll help assess further.
