🚀️The following applies to the Valerion PureVision Motorized screen.

Q: Why does the PureVision Motorized screen lower or retract on its own randomly?

A: This may be related to the control settings, pairing, power supply, or the Dongle linkage.

If you are using a Valerion projector:

Please go to: Settings -> Display & Sound -> Screen, and enable the "Screen Sync" feature.

Then, make sure the Dongle is plugged into the USB 3.0 port on the back of the projector. This should significantly minimize unintended screen activation.
